Our Shipping Policy and Return Information We provide complimentary shipping within the United States, with delivery times ranging from 3 to 5 business days, and to international destinations, with delivery times ranging from 5 to 7 business days. Return Policy Overview This section details our procedures for handling defective items, delivery fees, refunds, undeliverable items, item returns, and order cancellations. Defective Items Procedure If you receive a defective item, please notify us at info@anyahholloway367@gmail.com, including your order number and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the return process. Delivery Charges Policy We will reimburse the cost of the item and outbound delivery charges for returns of defective items. For returns due to other reasons, please refer to our order cancellation policy. Refund Policy Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Undeliverable Items Procedure If an item is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to arrange re-delivery. If we are unable to reach you, we will issue a full refund, including delivery costs, to your original payment method. We recommend obtaining proof of postage, as it may be required for processing a refund if the item is lost. Order Cancellation Policy Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery.
